Daily Crunch nuts are sprouted and gently dehydrated at low temperature, which gives them a texture and flavor that’s different from both raw and roasted nuts. Most nuts are roasted at high temperatures—which can break down some of their natural nutrients and healthy fats.

Compared to raw nuts, sprouting helps reduce phytic acid (an anti-nutrient), which may make it easier for the body to absorb the nutrients naturally found in nuts. Compared to roasted nuts, our low-temperature dehydration avoids high heat and oils while creating the light hollow center that gives Daily Crunch its signature Uniquely Crunchy™ texture. Like a chip!

We start by sprouting our nuts, by soaking them in purified water to activate germination. During this step, the nut increases in size from absorption and a light hollow core begins to form inside the nut.

Next, we gently dehydrate the sprouted nuts at lower temperatures This removes moisture while preserving natural flavor and nutrients. Unlike traditional roasting, which uses higher heat, our dehydration process helps create the Uniquely Crunchy™ texture that makes Daily Crunch different.

Finally, we season our sprouted nuts with clean, simple ingredients—never seed oils, palm oils, artificial flavors, or unnecessary additives—so every bite delivers a bold flavor and satisfying crunch.

Yes! All Daily Crunch products are made with gluten-free ingredients, but we are not Gluten Free Certified. Our snacks are also dairy-free and made with simple ingredients.

While not all of our products are certified organic, we are committed to using clean, high-quality ingredients with no artificial additives or flavors. We carefully source our ingredients to meet our high standards for quality and taste.

Daily Crunch products are made with plant-based ingredients and do not contain dairy or animal products. While we are not currently certified vegan, many of our snacks fit well within a vegan lifestyle.
