Our roasted carrots are not only flavor packed but are amazing for skin your skin. Carrots and almonds are natural skin remedies. Almonds are a great source of vitamin E and copper which help with your complexion and to moisturize the skin. Carrots have what is called a beta carotene. This converts to vitamin A in our body which helps to have healthy skin. Carrots also contain antioxidants that act as a natural sunscreen to protect your skin from the sun. 

Ingredients

Directions for Roasted Carrots 

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees 
  2. Line and spray a pan
  3. Peel and chop your carrots
  4. Season with thyme, olive oil, honey, salt, and balsamic vinegar + glaze 
  5. Cook for about 20-25 min stirring regularly throughout
  6. Garish with goat cheese & chopped Turmeric and Sea Salt Daily Crunch to serve
