In a pot melt together sugar, butter, and vanilla until browned and thick.
While that is melting, line a pan and lay flat with GF Matzo Crackers.
Once the mixture is done pour over the gf matzo and spread evenly.
Place in the oven for 10 min or until it starts to bubble.
Pour chocolate chips on top and give 5/10 for them to melt. Once melted, spread chocolate all over evenly and then top with Cacao and Sea Salt Daily Crunch.
Place in the freezer for about 30/45 min or until frozen
