Ingredients:

Cherry tomatoes

Basil (fresh or dried)

Spoonful of minced garlic

1 red onion

Olive Oil
-
Red Wine Vinegar

Optional: Toasted Bread
Directions:
- Chop the tomatoes, onions, garlic, and almonds.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, then dress with Olive Oil and Red Wine Vinegar.
- Enjoy as a salad or top it on a piece of bread.
