  • Goat Cheese 
  • Bread

  • Original Daily Crunch
  • Sherry Wine Vinegar 
  • Salt

Directions for Winter Salad:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees for your beets and croutons. 
  2. Roast your beets, you can use our recipe found here. 
  3. Spray a pan and cube bread. Place cube bread on a pan with Original Daily CrunchSeason with salt and olive oil, then bake till golden brown. Allow time to cool. 
  4. Cut and assemble the rest of your ingredients (endive, radicchio, radish, fennel, butter lettuce, arugula, and snap peas). 
  5. Top with your croutons and roasted beets. 
  6. Crumble goat cheese. 
  7. Dress with olive oil and sherry wine vinegar.
