  • Olive Oil
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Spoon full of garlic 

Cherry Tomato Salad 

 Bread or crackers for dipping

Directions for Whipped Feta:

  1. In a blender blend all the ingredients for the whipped feta. 
  2. Chop the tomatoes & onions. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl dressed with Olive Oil & Red Wine Vinegar.
  3. In a bowl spread feta evenly, top with tomatoes & serve w/ a drizzle of oil. 
  4. Enjoy with toasted bread or crackers.
