The Support Network

Our mental health mission is our passion.

Daily Crunch Snacks is proud to partner with The Support Network (TSN), a non-profit organization that addresses and promotes student mental health and well-being on college and high school campuses through the implementation, development, and collaboration of peer support initiatives.

The Support Network was established in 2018 following the founding and success of The Wolverine Support Network (WSN) at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor in 2014. Ignited by the loss of two fellow students to suicide as well as their own battles with mental health, a group of students developed WSN because they recognized the social stigmas, financial burdens, and timing inconveniences often associated with discussing student mental health.

Simply put, their solution was honest and open peer-to-peer dialogue.

Diane Orley, Daily Crunch Snacks Co-Founder, lost her son, George, to mental illness in 2013. Diane’s strength and compassion assisted in the founding leadership team that moved WSN from an idea into a reality. Today, TSN continues to empower college and high-school students across the country to create inclusive communities and support each other’s identities, well-being, and day-to-day lives through peer-facilitated groups and bi-weekly community events.

Daily Crunch Snacks continues to amplify The Support Network’s mission to empower those affected by mental health by donating a portion of proceeds to their organization and organizing fundraising events within the crunch community on their behalf.
