Directions Sweet & Spicy Sichuan Salmon Rice Bowl:
- Cube your salmon and season with coconut aminos, sriracha, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and fresh ginger. Allow anywhere from 10 min - over an hour to marinade.
- While the salmon cooks your rice and edamame. Then chop / slice your cucumber, avocado, and cilantro.
- After this make your sriracha mayo by combining mayo, rice vinegar, sriracha, honey, and a spoonful of sugar.
- After you are done preparing your bowl pan, sear the salmon in olive oil or sesame oil to taste. Cook until browned on the outside.
