These superfood almonds are sweet, crunchy, and keto-friendly! A 4-day process of soaking & dehydrating makes them more nutrient dense, easier to digest, and crunchier than traditional nuts. We love adding them to oatmeal or grabbing a handful to munch on throughout the day.

Makes 1 large or 2 small servings
• 1 cup rolled oats
• 1 cup almond milk
• 1 cup water
• 2 tbsp almond butter
• 1-2 tbsp cacao or cocoa
• 1-2 tbsp coconut sugar or maple syrup
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/4 tsp salt

Fresh fruit
1. Combine oats, almond milk, water, cocoa powder, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt in a pot.
2. Transfer the pot to a stovetop. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, for 8 minutes or until thick and creamy.
3. Transfer oatmeal to bowl(s). Add Cacao + Sea Salt sprouted almonds, fresh fruit, or any toppings of your choosing. Enjoy!
