This is bowl is so easy to make and will become your go-to for lunch or dinner. It is protein packed and is great for skin from the almonds, salmon, and edamame. 

Ingredients

Salmon 

  • Salmon 
  • Coconut Aminos 
  • Sriracha 
  • Honey 
  • Sesame oil 
  • Garlic 
  • Fresh ginger 

Topping / Bowl Base 

  • Rice 
  • Cucumber 
  • Edamame 
  • Green onions 
  • Avocados 
  • Cilantro 
  • Black sesame seeds 
  • Original Daily Crunch

Sriracha Mayo

  • Rice vinegar 
  • Mayo 
  • Sriracha 
  • Honey 
  • Spoonful sugar

Directions for Salmon Rice Bowl

  1. Cube your salmon and season with coconut aminos, sriracha, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and fresh ginger. Allow anywhere from 10 min - over an hour to marinade. 
  2. While the salmon cooks your rice and edamame. Then chop / slice your cucumber, avocado, and cilantro. 
  3. After this make your sriracha mayo by combining mayo, rice vinegar, sriracha, honey, and a spoonful of sugar. 
  4. After you are done preparing your bowl pan, sear the salmon in olive oil or sesame oil to taste. Cook until browned on the outside. 
  5. Assemble bowl with your toppings + sriracha mayo & enjoy!
