These coffee energy balls are:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Daily Crunch Coffee-Soaked Sprouted Almonds 
  • 10 medjool dates, pitted
  • ¼ cup almond butter
  • ¼ cup + 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions:

  1. Combine the ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Process until an evenly crumbled and sticky mixture forms. You should be able to pinch the mixture together with your hands. If it is too dry, add an extra medjool date or a small dash of maple syrup.
  3. Use clean hands to roll the mixture into bite-sized balls. Enjoy!
