1 cucumber, diced
¼ cup Original Daily Crunch almonds, roughly chopped
¼ cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
2 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
1 tsp sumac (or more to taste)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Prepare your veggies:
Dice the tomatoes and cucumber, and thinly slice the yellow onion. Add to a large bowl.
Add herbs & almonds:
