Almond + chocolate is a hard flavor combination to beat! These 4-ingredient chocolate bars are vegan-friendly, refined-sugar free, and sure to satisfy your sweet tooth. Use our plain sprouted almonds, or our coffee-soaked sprouted almonds, depending on your craving!

 

Prep Time: 10 min 

Freezer Time: 15+ min

Yield: 1 serving (1/2 of a mason jar)

 

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a glass measuring cup, melt coconut oil.

  2. Whisk cacao powder into coconut oil. Then stir in maple syrup.

  3. Mix everything together until it is smooth and there are no clumps.

  4. Spread chocolate evenly into silicone chocolate molds onto parchment paper.

  5. Slightly press almonds onto the top of the chocolate.

  6. Place into the freezer and let sit for about 15 minutes or until they have hardened.

  7.  Store in the freezer.
