Ingredients for Lemon Green Beans

    Directions:

    1. Boil and large pot of water and salt. Then, cook green beans to the point where they are slightly undercooked. 
    2. Once your green beans are done, blanch your green beans for 4-5 min, stirring occasionally. 
    3. In a large skillet melt butter and add your chopped garlic + onions or shallots. 
    4. After this, add your green beans and Original Daily Crunch Almonds. Cook for 2-3 min. 
    5. Add lemon zest and juice and saute again for another few minutes.
    6. Serve immediately following.
